The rooms are very spacious. It’s an older hotel, and you don’t get rooms this big in new hotels. The last time I stayed there, my room felt much larger than my apartment!

The Apollo by Dee Spas at the hotel is a great place to relax. They offer massages and other treatments. They have an indoor heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym. Just a heads up, they get pretty busy at peak times.

Location-wise, it’s super convenient. And a quick walk lands you in St Julian’s – it’s always buzzing there. You can easily reach Valletta and Sliema.

The staff? Amazing. I was there with my family and they were above and beyond. They got us an early check-in, colouring books for my nephew, and a room with a stunning view. Their service is next level. They make you feel special.
