My name is Laura, and I made the beautiful island of Malta my home in 2011. I came from Lithuania, where the weather can be chilly. I fell in love with Malta’s year-round sunshine and the warmth of its people.

Many people think of Malta only for its beaches and Valletta. But, Malta has much more to offer.

In summer, there are exciting water sports to try. Think of kayaking, snorkelling, and some of the world’s best scuba diving.

In winter, Malta is a great place for hiking. I have walked all the trails and explored all the corners of these islands. The nature here is amazing.

These islands never fail to amaze me. The rich history of Malta is fascinating. I’m always excited to discover and share its lesser-known stories and hidden treasures.
